About Me

What started as a personal interest in practicing yoga developed into 20+ years of dedication to the study of alternative healing. I am an experienced yoga teacher with over 900 hours of certification. My commitment to spiritual growth included living for eight years within a yogic community, after which began my evolution into complementary modalities. I began as a certified Thai bodywork practitioner through the Lotus Palm School for Thai Yoga Therapy, continuing with a certification in ABT (Ayurvedic Body Treatment), leading me to go back to school and become a licensed massage therapist. In the field of spirituality, I’m a Reiki Master and spiritual counselor with a Master and Science in Theta Healing.

I have a passion for learning and exploring and change and have enjoyed my own evolution forward on the path of healing and self-discovery as a vocation. My wish is to share what I have learned and experienced and to teach others to open their minds and bodies to affect positive change in their
lives.

In my spare time, I love to travel here and abroad, spend time with friends and family, enjoy autumn, reading, films, decorating, and secretly adore organizing. (Et je parle français aussi!)
